Return Process

  Log into your Cupids account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
